LIFE IS CHANGE

The seasons change in an eternal cycle and the weather changes with them. Wind and rain shape and change landscapes.

People and animals are born, change from innocent children to responsible adults, who finally turn into old people in need of assistance.
Rain is always followed by sunshine and a night is always followed by a day.

Nevertheless, the natural process of change and having to adapt to new conditions is often perceived as something threatening. People want to settle down comfortably in their homes and not let any changes get to them; the longer they have lived in their comfort zone the less they want to adapt and change.

We have dedicated too much of our life-time to this kind of living, having almost forgotten that change and transformation are natural parts of human existence – that adaptability used to be the key to humanity’s survival.

Lets’ embrace change & accept the challenge of re-learning adaptability

CHANGE LIGHT-LY regards change as a challenging process of learning and growth. This transformation can have pleasant and uncomfortable phases.

But isn’t it true that everything pleasant is accompanied by strenuous preparation?
A-levels, Olympic medals, a doctorate, the birth of a child…

Everyone will have experienced their moments of happiness in life, which not only brought about a fundamentally positive change, but were often accompanied by effort, stress and deprivations.

Stressful phases are as much a part of life as night, winter and low tide.

So that afterwards, when the pain is over and the buds of spring sprout, we can look back on this new period with joy and pride – and on what we have got through and what we have accomplished.
