Shaping the future of Europe’s electronics industry
Responsibility ♦ Profitability ♦ Sustainability
Phase-cination for lighting & technology
As the founder and driving force behind CHANGE LIGHT-LY, Jasmin Konnegen wants to help create a sustainable future for Europe’s electronics industry.
Jasmin has a Master of Engineering from the Krefeld University of Applied Sciences and has worked in the engineering and lighting field for more than 20 years.
Her vast experience as an electrical engineer has crossed audio visual installations for concerts and industrial events, software development, project management, lighting manufacture, and research and development.
“I have always been fascinated by how and why technology and lighting works and want to work in a field where I have experience and passion,” she says.

Her decision to establish CHANGE LIGHT-LY builds on her passions and will help companies across Europe to adapt to a changing economic climate.
“A lot of companies in electronics manufacturing across Europe are facing the challenge of adapting to modern expectations,” Jasmin says. Her insights and broad experience across different electronic industries allow her to quickly understand the bigger picture and pinpoint what changes are needed to engage the team and address outdated structures.

“I want to help companies improve in any way possible,” she says. “This can be through product or project management, helping them to better present their products to the world, and harnessing people’s passion and expertise.
“I see myself as someone who can help a company to focus on the practicalities of their business, start the change and transformation process and better market their product.
I am passionate about light and love working in the lighting industry, both at events and with lighting manufacturers, and I particularly enjoy preparing the little details and providing the stage for others.”
Jasmin is convinced that change doesn’t have to be difficult, as reflected in the name CHANGE LIGHT-LY . “If you can regard change as something that is part of life, then it becomes something that can be done very lightly,” she says.
Based in Germany, Jasmin is also fluent in English and French and wants to be part of making Europe’s economy stronger.
“I want to help Europe’s electronics industries to thrive and overcome the difficulties they are struggling with now. There are a rich variety of solutions for every problem and we can collaborate to help each other find those solutions.”

Electronics for Europe
Electronic products and digital services are created by people for people in order to solve their problems. That’s why we put the team members implementing the products at the centre of our approach.
We empower them to conduct their work with creativity and enthusiasm in a time- and cost-efficient manner.
We are convinced that employees who can work in accordance with their skills and interests are more content and thus achieve the best and most economical results. They enjoy working together while creating impressive & sustainable products.
In an increasingly digitized world, personal contact and open discussions are more important than ever, as the opportunities for personal interaction are becoming increasingly rare, while people as such stay social beings who need to live and work in a social setup.
